Mineral/stone/rock wool production line and rock wool machine/equipment
This project uses basalt as main raw material, dolomite and slag as auxiliary materials, and coke as fuel. Qualified raw materials are automatically weighed according to proportion, then put into cupola by conveyors, and crushed aggregates are sent out by belt coneyors.
Raw materials are melted in cupola. Waste gas produced by cupola is discharged into waste gas treatment system. Waste gas is discharged outside after dust removal, incineration, heat exchange and desulfuration. Combustion-supporting wind for cupola is preheated by preheating system, added with oxygen, and then is blown into cupola. Raw materials are melted into melt, outflow from the bottom of cupola, pass through sluice and flow into spinner for fiber forming.
Spinner is consisted with centrifugal roll, vane and multi nozzles around vane. Melt flowed into cupola is made into fiber with the combined action of centrifugal force of roll and high speed stream from vane, then is blown into fiber collection machine. During fiber forming process, separate shot not formed by the speed difference between fiber and shot. Meanwhile, apply binder uniformly on the surface of fiber when forming.
Fiber is absorbed to high speed fiber collection belt by the negative pressure of fiber collection machine, and forms a thin first felt. The first felt passes conveyor and is sent into pendulum and with the help of forming conveyor, forms secondary felt. According to the product requirements, set the parameters of fiber collection belt and pendulum.
Prior curing oven, there are pleating machine and pressing machine, which are used for longitudinal compression on secondary felt, change fiber distributed structure, and enhance product strength.
Fiber felts enter into curing oven, felts are sized by the two boards in curing oven. Meanwhile, hot wind is blown into, which cures binder, and forms board and felt with certain thickness and strength.
Boards and felts come from curing oven pass through cooling conveyor, length cutting conveyor, on-line slitting, crimping conveyor, thickness saw conveyor, crosscut conveyor and chopper, and are made into product.
Rock wool products pass through automatic stacking machine, automatic film wrapping machine and robot palletizer, then are sent into warehouse by forklift.
Rock wool felts are rolled and packed by automatic rolling machine.
