The storage, mixing and weighing system for raw materials consists of: a series of hoppers for storage and accumulation of the raw material (various types of basalt stone, dolomite, slag, briquettes, coke), weighing, extraction and mixing systems, feeding system that transports the mixture to the melting furnace.

Cupola is consisted with furnace body with water cooling jacket, furnace bottom door and hydraulic opening device, furnace bottom iron notch and hydraulic opening device, air blowing mouth and vane, siphon mouth, upper furnace body, feeding mouth, hydraulic pressure station, material level meter etc.

The fiberizer or spinning machine is the technological heart of the system, which trans- forms the melt into fibers. 

Four-roll spinners, one for use, one for backup, are used to fiberize melt, and complete fiber blowing and binder application.

The fiber is settled on the net surface of drum type fiber collection machine uniformly, then forms first felt. Then by fiber lifting system, send first felt into pendulum system. Pendulum conveyor is used to receive first felt from fiber collection machine. 

Crimping machine is consisted with five fixed down roller beds and five lifting upper pressing roller beds. According to the product specification, distance between up and down roller and inlet angle of crimping machine can be adjusted.

 Pressing machine is consisted with one fixed down roller bed and one lifting up roller bed. According to the product requirements, up and down roller beds are driven separately.
