Every production line is designed and manufactured according to the actual situation of the buyer.In the early stage of the project, the main auxiliary and supporting facilities of all the equipment are fully designed to ensure that no equipment is made on the construction site except for the grille in the dust collection chamber and the water pipe and natural gas pipeline, so only equipment installation is required.
Innovative design can simplify on-site procedures, optimize and beautify on-site pipelines and supporting facilities, and rationalize civil and steel structure design and investment.
We have significantly shortened the project time to 5-7 months, and customers can benefit from the investment more quickly. This is very important for a rapidly changing market.
Design concept:
Easy to use: The three sets of control systems correspond to the feeding and batching section, the melting and forming section, and the solidification and forming section. Relatively independent systems can simplify touch control.
Easy to run:In terms of design and matching, it takes into account the operating level of the workers to achieve internal complexity and external simplicity, and abandon the fancy and impractical control system. Any operator only needs simple training to get started.
Durable: In terms of design and matching, insurance coefficients and accidents are taken into account. Even if the automatic system and personnel
make operational errors, it is easy to repair after maintaining the equipment without damage or small damage.
Comprehensive design: The preliminary overall and supporting design are all completed in advance. All necessary drawings will be provided.
Easy to install: the equipment is only assembled on site without making production, and the installation does not consider design issues but only considers hoisting and welding issues. Only the waterway, airway, stairs, dust collecting inner grille and storage tank are made on site.

1. Basic parameters of electric furnace:
The melting capacity is 3-4 tons per hour.
Non-standard electric furnace transformer: 6000KVA.

The diameter of the furnace body is 4400mm, water-cooled furnace body.
The furnace cover has a diameter of 4700mm, water-cooled furnace cover.
For refractory materials, bricks and castables, etc. The designed service life is 6-15 months.
The theoretically ideal design plan is one minor repair per year and a major repair in every three years.
3 to 4 inspections and repairs in the first year, 1 to 2 minor repairs a year, and 1 major repair in three years.
In order to prolong the service life of refractory materials, there are various
operating requirements and precautions.
In terms of service life, the first batch of refractory materials can be used for 6 to 12 months.
About the refractory material, we will dispatch professional construction personnel to be responsible for the construction, and the material is settled according to the current market material price.
As the market price of refractory materials fluctuates, you can choose a suitable time to purchase to reduce the cost.
About refractory materials and the second choice:
The refractory materials formula supplied now is the company’s independent formula and design, which requires time and equipment operation certification. In the later stage, a furnace is gradually put into production after inspection and operation. After practice, it is expected that the program requirements described above can be met.
The second aspect is that for refractory materials, foreign engineers can directly contract the provision and construction of refractory materials. The design operation time is 18-24 months. In actual cases, the normal operation exceeds 24 months. The cost will be stated separately.
Hard requirements: For the simplest requirements for operation, within 12 months, the number of complete shutdowns cannot exceed 4 times, and try to control it within 2 times.
The diameter of the high-power carbon rod is 450mm.

a. Waste treatment equipment includes centrifuge slag pit scraper, wool collector lower scraper, cutting treatment, etc. The system can compress, squeeze, transport, store, and discharge. The entire system is equipped with electronic control. (Supplied directly by imported equipment suppliers)
Overall design: Design and manufacture with reference to imported equipment parameters and combined with domestic technology.
Project process
Topographic survey and make basic standard equipment layout drawings, determine parameters and plans.
Sign and start the contract.
Make detailed civil engineering foundation and supporting drawings.
The steel structure of the furnace is based on the reference drawing and the standard drawing of the design institute.
Civil construction and equipment are carried out at the same time.
According to the progress of the project, the goods will be distributed in batches. (90~120 working days)
The supplier sends a commander-in-chief engineer to guide the installation on site. (From 100 working days)
The buyer arranges 2~3 welders and 3~4 helpers to cooperate with the installation. (60~70 working days)
During the installation period, including transformer technicians, secondary conductors technicians and hydraulic technicians, refractory engineers, oven engineers and commissioning engineers will be stationed on site to guide the installation.
After the equipment is basically installed, dispatch 1 to 2 automation and electricians, and the supplier shall cooperate with the demander electrician to install and debug the circuit. (10~14 working days).
After the cold commissioning of the equipment is completed, the supplier will send commissioning engineers and assistants, two, to guide the commissioning and commissioning of the equipment on site. (7~10 working days)
The furnace is ignited for 15 to 20 days for the first time, and then energized to produce.
The equipment has been running continuously for 72 hours, and the equipment has been put into operation.
