1. The exhaust gas of the cupola is removed by a cyclone dust (except the large particle dust) and the high temperature bag (except that the dust content of the waste gas after the incinerator is not more than 30 mg/m3, and can be directly removed from the circulation air of the curing furnace and used).

In the exhaust gas of the cupola, CO content is 9% (the ignition point is 640°), and O2 content is 5%, which can be burned independently, without adding natural gas or light oil with combustion.

CO burner is controlled by the position of the burner to prevent the burning of the exhaust gas pipe.

The temperature in the incinerator is 800-900°, half of the heat exchanger, heating the combustion wind, for the combustion furnace temperature can reach 500-550°, the other half of the curing furnace heating circulation wind, the flue gas transmission temperature is 600-650°, the pipeline material requirements: 304.

 

2. During the renovation of molten iron and hanging furnace, the blower does not work or run at low load, and does not produce waste gas or produce less waste gas. At this time, because the tail material of the curing furnace also needs heating, it needs to burn natural gas to supplement the heat, into the incinerator or directly into the curing furnace combustion gun, to supplement the heat of the circulating air.
